Haiti Mission 2020

Our Haiti mission trip April 1-10, 2020 is now Open. On our Haiti mission trip, the ministry opportunities in this mountainous country are endless as Transformation Community Church partners with local pastors Renold Fenelus Lead Pastor at Elim Ministries and leaders, and other churches in the rural and urban areas. The variety of ministry needs today range from kids clubs to service projects as well as medical clinics.
Our mission team will focus on hosting children’s services in local neighborhoods, visiting nursing homes, community development, church planting, and evangelism, our teams is able to encourage neighborhoods, to strive to build sustainable ministries that make a long-term impact in communities across the country. When you come on a Haiti mission trip, the language barrier can seem intimidating, but Pastor Renold Fenelus and is leadership Team are able to bridge the gap between Haitian Creole and English to help our team build a genuine partnership with the warm and welcoming people. Our gold is to do mission to the same community years after years to make it meaningful, long-term relationships which will become easily built with kids, youth, construction workers, deacons of the church, women in the community, and partnership pastors.
Our Haiti mission team will be received with open arms by Pastor Renold Fenelus is an amazing man of God. Whether this is your first mission experience or you are a seasoned mission trip participant, you will have a life changing experience as you share the Gospel, encourage the local partnership pastor, and serve in the community.

1.WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO PARTICIPATE ON A SHORT-TERM TRIP?

Adult trips are for 13 years and older. If a trip is designated as a family trip then children ages 6 and up may attend with a parent. Transformers Student trips are designated for student’s Jr High to College age.

You should receive an email within minutes of applying, confirming that Transformation Community Church has received your application. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at connect@tccwpg.com.

No, you are not committing by submitting your application. The application puts you on the contact list for the first team meeting but your application is not complete and your space on the team is not reserved until you have made the $100 non-refundable deposit.

You do not have to be a member or regular attender at Transformation Community Church, but we may give preference to members. You do need to agree to the participation agreement in the application, and attend the four team meetings that will take place before the trip.

The trip cost is all-inclusive and covers, all meals, snacks, ministry supplies, transportation and lodging. It does not include passport fees or souvenirs.

Each team member has the opportunity to personally contribute and raise his or her own financial support in order to go on a short-term mission trip. We have found that many people don’t have the time or ability to go on a short-term mission trip but have the desire to be involved in some way. We ask, therefore, that every person going on a trip raise his/her funds by writing letters to friends and family sharing the goal of the trip and the financial requirements to make the trip happen.

No, you are welcome to attend any trip. that means that the team meetings will occur at Via Skype.

Transformers trips are open to students Sr. High- College age. We encourage parents who want to serve on a trip with their student to join a family trip.

If the trip is full your application goes on a waiting list. If a space opens up on the team you will receive an email to let you know. If a leader of another trip is still looking for people for his or her team, then he or she may contact you to see if you are interested.

No, it is imperative for team unity and liability reasons that all trip participants travel together.

We have taken every precaution possible to mitigate unnecessary risks involved with our short term trips. We continually monitor the personal, social, political, and environmental factors that might heighten the security issues of our teams and consider the security of our teams very important.
